At Sofo Foods, we're committed to delivering exceptional products and service to our customers—and that starts with exceptional people. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Outside Account Manager to join our sales team in the Charlotte metropolitan area.

In this role, you'll build and strengthen relationships with both new and existing restaurant customers, identify growth opportunities, and serve as a trusted business partner. If you're a driven sales professional with a passion for customer service and the foodservice industry, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective restaurant customers throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding communities.
• Manage customer accounts while identifying opportunities to increase sales and grow market share.
• Prospect and develop new business through consultative selling and relationship building.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase Sofo Foods' offerings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and providing effective solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Proven outside consultative sales experience with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
• Knowledge of the foodservice industry and restaurant operations preferred.
• Demonstrated success in prospecting, developing, and opening new customer accounts.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented professional with a strong drive to achieve sales objectives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance.
