Role Description The Logistics Assistant is a full-time hybrid role based in Las Vegas, NV, with some flexibility to work from home. This role supports daily logistics operations, including coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate documentation in company systems. The Logistics Assistant helps with purchasing, bookkeeping and order processing, and communicates with carriers, vendors, and customers to resolve scheduling or shipment issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing shipping documents, updating records, researching invoices, and supporting the logistics team with data entry and reporting. The role requires consistent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to providing responsive, professional service.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with research and strong Organization Skills to maintain accurate records and support efficient operations.
  • Knowledge of shipping processes, including order entry, vendor coordination, and basic cost awareness.
  • Foundational understanding of Logistics Management, including shipment tracking, documentation, and coordination with carriers.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Excel, Word, email and web-based systems) and the ability to learn new logistics platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both on-site in Las Vegas, NV and remotely, maintaining reliability and accountability in a hybrid setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in logistics, supply chain, or business is a plus.
  • Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field is beneficial but not strictly required.
