We are seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain and improve our portfolio of rental properties. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and the freedom to work independently while still being supported by a responsive team.

What You’ll Do

No two days are exactly the same.

Responsibilities may include:

Completing general maintenance and repairs

Handling minor plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, painting, and basic appliance repairs

Responding to tenant maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

Performing preventative maintenance and routine property inspections

Preparing vacant units for new tenants, including repairs, cleaning, painting, and general updates

Helping maintain the overall cleanliness, safety, and appearance of properties

Communicating with property management regarding completed work, needed supplies, and larger repair concerns

Maintaining tools, equipment, and basic maintenance inventory

Assisting with occasional after-hours or emergency maintenance needs

What We’re Looking For

General maintenance or handyman experience preferred

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Professional and respectful communication with tenants and team members

Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated

Valid driver’s license required

Schedule

Monday through Friday with occasional evening or weekend work as needed.

Pay & Perks

$17.50–$22.50 per hour depending on experience and skill level
