Role Description The General Laborer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Livonia, MI. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with property maintenance tasks such as cleaning, minor repairs, yard work, debris removal, and basic building upkeep. The General Laborer will help set up and break down work areas, load and unload materials, operate basic hand and power tools under supervision, and support skilled workers as needed. The role involves following safety procedures, maintaining equipment, and ensuring work areas are kept organized and free of hazards. This position requires reliability, punctuality, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Basic familiarity with hand tools and simple power tools, with willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Strong reliability and time management skills, including consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal directions to complete tasks accurately.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with supervisors and coworkers on-site.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in general labor, property maintenance, or construction is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the Livonia, MI job site preferred.
