About the Position

AJ’s Window Cleaners is looking for motivated and outgoing Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to help grow our residential customer base throughout the Houston area.

This is a sales position — you will NOT be cleaning windows.

Your job will be to work targeted neighborhoods, approach homeowners, explain our window cleaning services, provide quotes, and close customers.

Previous door-to-door or sales experience is highly recommended, but not required. We are willing to work with the right person who is confident, motivated, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Knock doors in targeted residential neighborhoods
• Speak with homeowners about our window cleaning services
• Provide quotes using our pricing system
• Close sales and schedule customers
• Follow up with interested homeowners when needed
• Keep track of leads and completed sales
• Represent AJ’s Window Cleaners professionally

What We're Looking For

• Door-to-door or other sales experience is highly recommended
• Strong communication and people skills
• Confident approaching and speaking with new people
• Willing to learn our sales process
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable handling rejection and staying consistent
• Comfortable walking and working outdoors
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and professional
• Must be willing to sign a confidentiality (NDA), non-solicitation, and non-compete agreement as a condition of employment

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.

Your earnings are based on your performance. The more window cleaning jobs you bring in and close, the more you earn.

This position is a good fit for someone who is competitive, confident talking to people, and wants the opportunity to earn based on their results.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling with weekday and weekend opportunities available.
