Responsibilities
  • Produce and coordinate comprehensive construction document packages, including specifications.
  • Cultivate continued knowledge in building technology and drawing standards.

  • Organize and contribute to project quality control reviews.
Qualifications
  • Architectural licensure.

We are seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented Intern Architect with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our design team. In this position, you won't just be drafting; you will play a key role in developing construction documents, coordinating with consultants, and helping realize innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Development: Translate schematic concepts into detailed design drawings and 3‑D models.
  • Technical Documentation: Produce comprehensive construction document sets (plans, sections, elevations, and schedules) using AutoCAD.
  • Consultant Coordination: Assist in integrating structural, MEP, and civil engineering requirements into the architectural set.
  • Code Research: Conduct preliminary zoning and building code analysis to ensure project compliance.

Qualifications
  • Education: B.Arch or M.Arch from an NAAB‑accredited program.
