AI Joe is a veteran-built company helping veterans better understand, prepare, and structure their VA disability claims.

Our marketing funnel is running. Our CRM is built. Opportunities are coming in.

We need a proven salesperson who knows what to do with them.

The Opportunity

This is not a management position. We need a producer.

We’re looking for someone who can open the CRM, see opportunities, pick up the phone, run a strong consultation, handle objections, follow up relentlessly, ask for the business, and close.

You’ll work primarily with veterans who have already shown interest in AI Joe.

We provide the leads, systems, technology, training, and process.

You bring the hunger and ability to sell.

What You’ll Do

• Work a consistent pipeline of inbound opportunities.
• Conduct consultative sales calls with veterans and their families.
• Build trust, uncover needs, explain our service, and close.
• Confidently discuss pricing and handle objections.
• Work the CRM daily—new leads, follow-ups, no-shows, and older opportunities.
• Maintain accurate notes, tasks, and pipeline stages.
• Use AI, automation, and technology as part of your daily workflow.
• Adapt quickly as our systems and processes evolve.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven phone sales and closing experience.
• Experience in consultative, high-ticket, commission, or performance-driven sales.
• Hungry, competitive, self-motivated, and coachable.
• Strong objection-handling and follow-up skills.
• Excellent CRM discipline.
• Comfortable talking about money and asking for the sale.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI.
• Able to work independently without constant hand-holding.
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-moving company.
• Genuine respect for veterans.

VA claims experience is NOT required. We can teach the industry and our process. We care much more about whether you can communicate, build trust, follow a sales process, and close.

Full-time | Remote | Performance-Based | Uncapped Earning Potential

Some schedule flexibility is available, but this is not a side hustle. We’re looking for someone who wants to produce at a high level.
