Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures.
  • Report damaged products or equipment to supervisors.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a MUST.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Has experience with ERP & Inventory Management Systems
  • Experience with Fishbowl and Ship Station is a plus. 
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
  • Basic math and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
Physical Requirements

  • Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, and reach.
  • Work in varying warehouse temperatures.

Schedule

  • Full-time 9am-5pm Monday-Friday
