Job Description
Welcome and prepare patients for dental treatments and checkups, ensuring a comfortable experience
Assist dentists chairside using four-handed dentistry techniques
Set up and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to regulatory standards
Perform lab tasks and provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
Maintain a clean and fully stocked dental operatory
Manage patient records accurately, assist with scheduling appointments, and support payment processing
Uphold health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
Support office operations with administrative tasks as needed
Salary Range
Full-time $20 - $23 per hour

Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Requirements
- CEREC
- Experienced Dental Assistant (3+ years)
- General Dentistry
- Open Dental
Minimum of 3 years of dental assisting experience
Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization methods, and health & safety regulations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High school diploma or GED (completion of dental assistant training preferred)
Ability to perform chairside assisting effectively
Preferences
- Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Certification or training such as Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA)
Experience with coronal polishing and regulated non-surgical tasks
Proficiency in computer skills related to scheduling and patient record management
