Job description

F&I/Sales Manager

We are in search of an experienced F&I & Sales Manager that has a strong work ethic, sales acumen, and high attention to detail.
What can the ideal candidate do?

The ideal candidate must possess the ability and skillset necessary to work in a high-volume, fast-paced F&I department.
If you:
- Possess the ability to provide our customers with consistent and compliant F&I experience
- Can present our consumer offerings in a competent and ethical manner
- Can ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
- Accurately prepare paperwork in a timely manner
- Can track contracts in transit and secure funding in a timely manner
- Have great customer service and communication skills
- Desire to continuously learn and grow

Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a F&I manager role or similar
