The HVAC & Appliance Repair Technician will work primarily within a small local team as an independent technician servicing residential homes and mixed environments. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of home appliances, including kitchen and laundry appliances, as well as HVAC systems. The technician will travel locally to provide timely and professional repair and maintenance services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC system maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair kitchen, laundry, and home appliances
• Conduct diagnostics to identify appliance and HVAC issues
• Replace faulty parts efficiently and accurately
• Deliver quality customer service and clear communication
• Respond to emergency repair calls as needed
• Perform preventive maintenance to extend appliance lifespan
• Follow safety standards and procedures during all tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in HVAC and appliance repair
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer communication skills
• Knowledge of safety standards in repair work
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and techniques
