DESCRIPTION Dual Property Sales Manager - Gulfport, MS (Holiday Inn Express + Hampton Inn) A&R Hospitality Group | Full-Time | Gulfport, Mississippi Gulfport isn't just a market - it's a movement. A mix of military, manufacturing, tourism, sports, and year-round coastal demand. We're looking for a Dual Property Sales Manager who knows how to tap into that energy and turn it into real revenue for our Holiday Inn Express and Hampton Inn hotels. If you're the kind of salesperson who walks into a business and instantly sees opportunity, you're exactly who we want. What This Role Is Really About You're the Connector You'll be the face of both hotels - the person who knows the players, the projects, the crews, the planners, and the decision-makers. You'll build relationships that last and create business that sticks.
  • Proactive outreach - You're out in the market, not waiting behind a desk
  • Local partnerships - Chambers, CVBs, civic groups, military contacts, industrial leaders
  • Account growth - You nurture accounts like they're your own business

What You Bring
  • Hotel sales experience strongly preferred
  • Valid driver's license + clean MVR

  • Ability to travel throughout the Gulfport/Biloxi market
