Job description
About the Role:
Join KidStrong -A&M YOUTH FITNESS LLC as a Coach and inspire the next generation of athletes! We are seeking passionate individuals to help children develop their fitness skills in a fun and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement age-appropriate fitness programs for youth participants.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions that promote physical activity.
- Provide constructive feedback to help athletes improve their skills.
- Monitor and assess the progress of each participant, adjusting programs as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages teamwork and personal growth.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during sessions.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and achievements.
- Stay updated on the latest youth fitness trends and coaching techniques.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in coaching, fitness training, or working with youth.
- Certification in coaching, personal training, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents.
- Ability to create a fun and energetic learning environment.
- Knowledge of youth fitness principles and safe exercise practices.
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and dedicated to fostering a love for fitness in youth.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
