About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle to deliver products to various locations.

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.

Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and storage of baked goods.

Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as per company policies.

Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, building strong relationships with clients.

Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe driving practices.

Assist with route planning to optimize delivery efficiency and time management.

Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL license and a clean driving record.

Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.

Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as needed.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for paperwork management.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends.
