We are currently seeking a Residential Make Ready Technician to join our team! A&J Services is a very fast growing company servicing residential homes in the Nashville and surrounding areas.You will be responsible for working together as part of a team to complete a variety of tasks given. This is a W-2 position with Monday-Friday work and would include some Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
• Changing light fixtures
• Plumbing
• Tile
• Painting
• Drywall Repair
• Deck Repair
• Fence Repair
• Siding Repair

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical work
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Electrical,plumbing,construction experience
• Driving pulling a trailer
• Must have valid drivers license
• Must pass a drug screen
