Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the store. Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members. Create employee schedules and manage labor efficiently. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally. Monitor inventory, ordering, merchandising, and stock levels. Manage cash handling, deposits, and financial reporting. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all applicable regulations. Drive sales while meeting operational and performance goals. Qualifications: Previous retail or convenience store management experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
