What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the store. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Leading and supporting team members during each shift.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and professionally resolving customer concerns.
• Managing cash handling, deposits, and ensuring register accuracy.
• Receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise to maintain inventory standards.
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
• Assisting with scheduling, training, and coaching employees to build a strong team.
• Ensuring company policies and safety procedures are followed at all times.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, convenience stores, or customer service (preferred).
• Supervisory or management experience (a plus!).
• Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and guide your team.
• Reliability, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
