Our client has built a strong track record as a trusted vendor to Microsoft, Amazon, and Salesforce. During the first year, the primary focus will be expanding strategic relationships within Microsoft's ecosystem, with opportunities to grow into additional strategic accounts over time.
This opportunity is ideal for a consultative sales professional who enjoys building executive relationships, expanding strategic accounts, and helping enterprise customers solve complex business challenges through GenAI, Agentic AI, Cloud, Data, DevOps, Enterprise Applications, and Digital Engineering solutions.The OpportunityLead a land-and-expand strategy by growing existing enterprise relationships into broader consulting engagements across multiple business units while collaborating with consulting, engineering, and delivery teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand strategic relationships across Microsoft, Amazon, Salesforce, and adjacent enterprise accounts.
• Drive a Microsoft-centric account growth strategy while identifying expansion opportunities across additional strategic customers.
• Identify, qualify, and close enterprise technology consulting and engineering opportunities.
• Lead executive-level discovery meetings and opportunity planning.
• Develop strategic account plans aligned with customer priorities and technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, delivery, and executive leadership to shape customer solutions and long-term account strategies.
• Build and maintain a healthy qualified pipeline.
• Consistently achieve revenue and growth objectives.

Professional Profile

• 10 - 15+years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• Proven success selling enterprise technology consulting or professional services.
• Consultative selling experience with enterprise IT solutions.
• Experience developing and executing account growth strategies within strategic enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of GenAI, Agentic AI, Cloud, Data, DevOps, Enterprise Applications, Digital Engineering, and enterprise software.
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trusted, long-term customer relationships.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $130,000+ (negotiable) annually.
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $260,000+ annually (Base + Target Commission).
• Accelerators: Up to 2x variable compensation for exceeding sales targets.
• Benefits: Employer-sponsored health insurance.
• Exceptional candidates may be considered above the stated base salary range.

Location & Work Arrangement

• Seattle metropolitan area preferred.
• Flexible work arrangement centered on in-person customer relationship development.
• No dedicated local office; the role is focused on customer engagement.
• Occasional travel to the San Francisco Bay Area may be required.

Preferred Experience

• Established relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem are strongly preferred.
• Experience with Amazon and Salesforce enterprise organizations is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers through consulting, professional services, cloud, AI, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, Salesforce, or similar enterprise platforms.

Success in Your First Year

• Deliver $1.5M in closed consulting and engineering services bookings.
• Expand at least one strategic enterprise account into multiple business units.
• Build a qualified opportunity pipeline capable of supporting Year Two growth objectives.
• Establish trusted executive relationships across key customer organizations.
