The Wire Harness Assembler plays a crucial role in the production process by assembling wire harnesses with precision and performing quality inspections to ensure product standards. As a direct report to the Production Manager and a valued team member, this role demands meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to maintain high-quality outputs with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses according to blueprints and specifications
• Perform crimping and other wire assembly tasks with accuracy
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with standards
• Identify and resolve assembly issues to maintain production flow
• Collaborate as a team member under the guidance of the Production Manager

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in wire harness assembly
• Strong manual dexterity and precision in handwork
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
• Proficient in crimping techniques and tools
• Experience with quality control procedures
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Effective time management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
