4 Lane Insurance, a AAA Insurance agnecy, I looking for a motivated, experienced licensed insurance sales professional to join our growing team.
We have more incoming leads than we can handle!
This is a great opportunity for a W2 or 1099 producer.
We are the first Independently owned AAA Insurance agency in the state of Florida. AAA is a well known, trusted national brand with outstanding customer service and winning insurance rates. We also offer the opportunity to quote with brokered carriers for those who do not fit in AAA's appetite.
Responsiblities:
Contact and follow up with paid leads provided by the agency to quote auto and home insurance policies.
Conduct insurance needs assessments and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Quote policies with AAA and partner carriers and clearly explain coverage options to clients.
Generate additional business through referrals, networking, and community outreach.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements
Active Florida 220 Property & Casualty License required.
Ability to complete required AAA training and onboarding.
