We are looking for someone who is sales-forward, outgoing, dependable, and naturally magnetic — someone who leads by example and helps create the energy our customers and team gravitate toward every day.

This is a leadership role focused heavily on customer experience, styling, sales, and team consistency. You will act as the “north star” on the sales floor: modeling exceptional customer service, genuine connection, leadership, and strong sales behaviors for the rest of the team.

We are a fast-growing boutique and lifestyle brand looking for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and genuinely loves fashion, people, and creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor with energy, positivity, and professionalism
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and personalized styling
• Drive sales and help the team achieve store goals
• Act as the first point of contact for in-store questions or problems during shifts
• Help coach and encourage team members through leadership by example
• Open and close the store
• Create and manage weekly staff schedules
• Maintain visual standards and overall store presentation
• Receive inventory and print product tags as needed
• Help maintain a fun, inspiring, team-oriented environment

Bonus Qualities

• Comfortable with social media and customer engagement online
• Enjoys being part of a growing brand presence both in-store and digitally
• Has a natural voice and personality that connects with customers on social media
• Excited to occasionally contribute to stories, content, live selling, styling videos, or customer engagement online

Position Details

• 30–40 hours per week
• Full-time hourly leadership position
• Weekend availability required
• One full weekend off per month

Ideal Candidate

Retail sales and boutique experience is preferred, but personality, leadership presence, confidence, and customer connection are the most important qualities for this role.

We are looking for someone who loves creating relationships with customers, thrives in a fast-paced boutique environment, and is excited to grow alongside our brand.
