We're Hiring

An opportunity is available for a motivated early-career Assistant Civil Engineer to gain hands-on experience supporting land development and infrastructure projects. This role is designed for individuals looking to build technical expertise, strengthen design skills, and work alongside experienced engineering professionals in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of engineering plans, calculations, and technical documents for site development projects.
  • Support the design of grading, drainage, utility, and roadway improvements under the guidance of senior engineering staff.
  • Utilize engineering and drafting software to develop project deliverables.
  • Verify the accuracy and quality of assigned work prior to review and final submission.
  • Collaborate with project teams to support successful project execution and delivery.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.

Preferred Credentials

  • Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) examination is preferred.

Experience

  • Entry-level position; prior professional experience is not required.

Core Competencies

  • Foundational understanding of civil engineering concepts and analytical problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with CADD software and standard engineering applications.
  • Ability to interpret and assist in the preparation of technical drawings and construction documents.
  • Understanding of quality control practices and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a team-oriented environment.
