We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing excellent service, and resolving customer inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support:

   • Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

3. Communication:

   • Clearly and effectively communicate information to customers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using computer systems and navigating software applications.
