21 Machine & Fab is seeking a motivated, dependable individual who wants to build a career in the metal fabrication industry. This is an entry-level position designed for someone with basic CAD knowledge who is eager to learn manufacturing, welding, machining, customer service, and fabrication from the ground up.
This is not a desk-only job. The successful candidate will spend time creating drawings, assisting customers, working in the shop, visiting job sites, and learning how our products are built. We are looking for someone who wants to understand the entire fabrication process, not just draw parts on a computer.
