Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fence Installer role based in Anson, TX. The Fence Installer will measure and lay out fence lines, dig post holes, mix and pour concrete, and set posts and panels according to job specifications. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, operating basic hand and power tools, and assisting with site preparation and cleanup. The role involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions, following safety procedures, and collaborating with a small crew to complete projects on schedule. The Fence Installer will also interact with customers on-site in a professional manner and support the team with any additional installation-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials, digging, and working on your feet for extended periods.
• Basic skills using hand and power tools (e.g., drills, saws, post-hole diggers) and willingness to learn new equipment.
• Comfort working outdoors in different weather conditions and following all job site safety guidelines.
• Reliable transportation to Anson, TX job sites and a dependable, punctual work ethic.
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a professional attitude when interacting with customers and coworkers.
• Attention to detail when measuring, marking layouts, and installing fence materials to specifications.
• Previous fencing, construction, landscaping, or general labor experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training may be provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent is helpful; willingness to pass any required background or employment checks.
