We are currently seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Technician who can confidently diagnose, service, and recommend solutions for residential heating and cooling systems while delivering a top-tier customer experience.

This is a full-time opportunity with a base salary plus commission structure, offering strong earning potential for motivated and skilled technicians.

Position Overview

As a Residential HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems while presenting homeowners with repair and replacement options that best fit their needs.

This role is ideal for technicians who are strong communicators, technically skilled, and motivated to increase their income through performance-based opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Perform full HVAC system diagnostics and identify system issues accurately
• Present repair and replacement options professionally to homeowners
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Troubleshoot HVAC equipment, airflow, electrical, and refrigeration systems
• Educate customers on system performance, efficiency, and recommended solutions
• Ensure all work is completed safely and according to code standards
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Deliver professional, customer-focused service during every appointment

What We're Looking For

• Must have residential HVAC experience
• Strong knowledge of both heating and cooling system diagnostics
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and recommend solutions
• Must have own HVAC tools and know how to properly use them
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to present options confidently and professionally to clients
• EPA certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented mindset

Compensation & Earnings

• Full-time position
• Base salary plus commission pay structure
• Expected minimum earnings of $65,000+ annually
• Skilled technicians can easily earn well into six figures annually
