Job description
100Plus is seeking a Facility Manager to own end-to-end on-site operations at the Broomall, PA facility. You will oversee intake, refurbishment, programming, QC, inventory, and shipping with a relentless focus on throughput, accuracy, and process discipline. Lead cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvements, align ERP/WMS usage, and ensure system stability during transitions. This role demands strong leadership and hands-on operational excellence at scale.
