Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities with small businesses in the Orlando area. You will work closely with our sales team to identify customer needs and provide tailored security solutions that meet their specific requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with small businesses in the Orlando area
- Conduct sales calls and meetings with potential customers to identify their security needs
- Provide tailored security solutions, including alarm systems, video surveillance, and access control
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the security industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
