Job Summary

A global provider of contact center, back-office, and business process outsourcing services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Workforce Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Working on hiring needs, planning new hire transfer classes
  • Completing requisitions for backfill and new headcount
  • Scheduling efficiencies

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2 years operation management or financial experience
  • Extensive Verint experience and knowledge
  • Advanced skills with MS Excel and Lucent/Avaya
  • Degree/Credit hours in math/accounting/finance
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet project deliverables and tight deadlines
