Job Summary

A healthcare organization has an open position for a Virtual Medical Director.

Must be able to:

• Provide expert medical analysis of complex disability claims files
• Participate in developing and conducting training curricula to nurses and non-clinical team members
• Interact with the claimant's attending healthcare provider

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• MD or DO required
• Exhibit ethical and professional behavior
• Board Certified in Neurology with a current active and unrestricted U.S. medical license required
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical practice experience and/or direct patient care beyond internship, residency, or fellowship training
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
