Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with experience working with geriatric or substance abuse population is preferred.
Join a dynamic, collaborative team of Adult & Child Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Social Workers and Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselors, who together, provide a plan of care for our patients. This position will involve coordinating plan of care with primary care providers to include psychiatric consults, completing diagnostic evaluations and ongoing medical management services. Nurse Practitioners receive the support of RN Case Managers.
These are Federally Qualified Health Centers. Providing short term and ongoing psychiatric services to any medical patient of the organization.
Beautiful Location: Vermont - approximately 30 miles from Manchester, VT
REQUIREMENTS:
* VT License and DEA (may be willing to wait, for a solid candidate)
* Board Certified
* Psych Experience as an NP
* PERM ONLY
