Job Description

VISTA's Advanced Practice team are searching for a provider to work full-time for at least 12 weeks at a facility in Colorado. Would be working mostly with duel eligible (Medicaid and Medicare) patients, 55 years and older, that qualify for nursing home placement.

Location: Colorado
Specialist: Physician assistant and Nurse practitioner
Training: 1+ years experience
Duration: Ongoing while hiring
Board requirement: Board certified, Board prepared, or Non boarded
Schedule: Mon - Fri
Shifts: 8 hours
Hours: 8a- 5p
Procedures: Asthma/Diabetes
Census: 5 to 10
Type of facility: Clinic
Back-up: NP/MA
EMR: Other
License requirement: Must be licensed before presentation
Privileges: 2 weeks
