Job Description
* 13 weeks, ASAP start
* 8 hour days, 40 hours per week
* LPN must have at least 1 year of recent Home Health experience
* MI LPN License and BLS required
* Experience with OASIS is highly preferred
* Must have reliable transportation, drivers' license, and vehicle insurance
* Mileage is reimbursed at government rate
