Willow Garden Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team. In this full-time remote role, you will be an integral part of a community health clinic devoted to making a difference in the lives of those we serve. Work Environment

This role is structured as a full-time, remote position, allowing you flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining a focus on providing high-quality counseling services. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, therapists, and social workers, all working together to ensure comprehensive care for our clients. Through innovative telehealth practices, you will connect with clients in a supportive environment, utilizing technology to enhance the therapeutic experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gain a clear understanding of clients' challenges, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and create tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.
• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive change and therapeutic progress.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, ensuring that clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies receive the care they need in a timely manner.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, session notes, and assessment findings in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team to enhance treatment outcomes and provide clients with a comprehensive support system, ensuring continuity of care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment methodologies, and community resources to empower them in their treatment journey.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health care by engaging in ongoing professional development opportunities, training, and workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Washington State.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to apply them effectively in a remote setting.
• A minimum of two years of related experience in mental health counseling.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for connecting with clients and collaborating with the care team.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• A commitment to maintaining high ethical and professional standards in all interactions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory. Entry-level candidates with relevant education are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this full-time position is competitive, offering between $85,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
