vTech Solution Inc is hiring a Testing Lead in Pierre, SD

Job Duration     : 12 Months + (with the possibility of extension)

Location             : Pierre, SD

Shift time           : Regular 8am to 5pm EST

Scope of work

  • Our client is seeking a qualified individual to create test case scenarios and conduct testing on the business side and with key stakeholders with respect to enhanced or developed Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS).
  • Experience with MMIS is required.

Activities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate testing efforts with system project leads and the Department’s IT team.
  • Create and document comprehensive test scenarios while understanding system impacts to all relational systems and programs.
  • Conduct testing scenarios within various systems, review and track results, and assist in remediation.
  • Maintain knowledge about various business areas supported including their processes, dynamics, and touch points with other business areas.
  • Manage or participate in program research and analysis; planning and development, and implementation processes related to projects resulting from federal rule, state mandated changes, and policy updates.
  • Should be well versed with HIPPA Compliance & can explain in detail about it.

Other Job Responsibilities.

  • Gather and analyze data, reason logically, and solve problems using common sense and resourcefulness.
  • Interact confidently and appropriately with project teams, team leadership, and IT staff.
  • Communicate clear and concise information, both orally and in writing.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others regardless of personality or work style.
  • Independently and effectively plan and organize time and prioritize task completion to meet deadlines.
  • Understand, interpret, and apply regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Work well both independently and as part of a team,
  • Organize, lead and facilitate project-related meetings as needed.
  • Document activities and develop feedback report to communicate project findings and activities.
  • Experience in working with MMIS as it relates to testing.
