Position Overview

VETS Securing America (VSA) is seeking experienced and professional Armed Field Supervisors to oversee security operations throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This leadership role requires a strong background in security, law enforcement, or military service and the ability to supervise personnel while ensuring the highest level of safety, compliance, and operational performance.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications
  • Active Texas Level III (Commissioned Security Officer) License
  • Minimum of 4 years of leadership experience in:
    • Security
    • Law Enforcement
    • Military Service

  • Strong communication and supervisory skills
  • Ability to manage field personnel and ensure compliance with company and client standards
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support armed security personnel in the field
  • Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks
  • Ensure officers comply with post orders and company policies
  • Respond to incidents and provide leadership during emergencies
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Prepare reports and document operational activities as required
