Experis islaunching a Jr. Data Center Technician Pathways Program designed to give motivated, techcurious individuals a structured entry point into the world of data center operations with one of the largestAs a Jr. Data Center Technician, you'll be part of a handson learning and mentorship experience that builds realworld skills, industry exposure, and a pathway toward longterm careers in data center technology. This program is ideal for people who enjoy handson hardware work, problemsolving, and learning how largescale technology systems operate. Think: Geek Squad, trade school grads, PC builders, or anyone who loves taking things apart and understanding how they work.
Jr. Data Center Technician (Pathways Program)
Remote (first 4 weeks) Onsite in Chicago Data Center
Pay Range:
$19/hr during remote training $20/hr during onsite mentorship

  • $200 Training Completion Bonus
  • $1,500 Mentorship Completion Bonus

What's the Job?
(Handson, structured, and designed for growth)
  • Support installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and decommissioning of data center hardware.
  • Assist with diagnostics and resolving hardware/network issues under guidance from senior technicians.
  • Participate in daily safety briefings and follow all safety protocols.
  • Complete assigned work tickets aligned with KPIs and SLAs.
  • Maintain strict security, confidentiality, and physical access standards.

What's Needed?
(You don't need to be an expert - just eager to learn)
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware (CPU, memory, storage).
  • Ability to meet security requirements (background check + U.S. citizenship).
  • Reliable home internet + quiet space for remote training.
  • Commitment to a fulltime 40hour schedule.
