Location: San Jose, CA 
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite 

 

Why You'll Love This Role 

Want to lead projects inside some of the world's most advanced semiconductor manufacturing facilities? 

As a Construction Project Manager with Technical Safety Services (TSS), you'll oversee Gas Life Safety System (GLSS) construction projects that help protect people, facilities, and critical operations. You'll partner with engineers, contractors, and customers to deliver life safety solutions from planning through completion. 

Whether your background is in semiconductor manufacturing, construction management, or low-voltage electrical systems, we'll provide the specialized training to help you thrive in this exciting, high-tech industry.  

What You'll Do: 

  • Manage GLSS construction projects from planning through completion.  

  • Develop project budgets and review contractor bids.  

  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, and customer stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.  

  • Ensure projects comply with applicable safety, electrical, fire, environmental, and building codes.  

  • Lead project meetings, inspections, and site walkthroughs.  

  • Maintain project documentation, drawings, budgets, and closeout records.  

  • Support system testing and commissioning to ensure successful project delivery.  

  • Build strong relationships with customers while delivering an exceptional project experience.  

What You'll Bring 

  • 3+ years of experience in construction management, semiconductor manufacturing, or low-voltage electrical systems.  

  • Experience managing projects, budgets, schedules, and contractors.  

  • Ability to read construction drawings and technical documentation.  

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.  

  • A collaborative, customer-focused mindset.  

  • Valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check.  

Preferred 

  • Experience working in semiconductor or cleanroom environments.  

  • Experience with gas detection or life safety systems.
