What You’ll Do

We’re seeking a Federal Account Executive to support our Civilian Sales team and customers. You will help federal agencies identify the right solutions to achieve their mission while expanding Swish’s presence across your assigned account base.


You will position solutions across our key practice areas: Cybersecurity, IT Modernization, DevSecOps, and Performance Engineering.


This role is remote and requires up to 50% travel.


Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities and strategic programs within the assigned customer set.
  • Drive revenue and gross profit growth through disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer priorities and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with Swish Engineering, Sales, and Leadership to deliver mission-focused solutions.
  • Develop new service offerings and present compelling, customer-centric proposals.
  • Support proposal development, pricing, contract review, and negotiations with internal stakeholders.
  • Create and manage financial models to support pricing strategy and opportunity development.


What You Bring

  • 5+ years of OEM and/or VAR federal sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and strategic thinking ability.
  • High business acumen and understanding of federal mission needs.
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for being part of a high-performance team.
