Job description

MARS Solutions Group is looking for an experienced Project Administrator II, for a client located in Waukesha, WI, USA. Our client is a well-known Healthcare industry and organization seeking bright, tech-savvy talent.

Location: Waukesha, WI, USA

Job Type:  Open to potential Hybrid after training is complete. Could be up to a month depending how fast they learn.

Job Title: Services - Project Administrator II

Experience Level: Familiarity with data visualization or dashboard creation to support operational insights.

Nice to Have Skills: Experience using Smartsheet for tracking, reporting, or project management.

Schedule/Hours: 1st Shift 1st M-F 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Essential Responsibilities:

• Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and with external partners.
• Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating and manipulating pivot tables, using slicers, and managing data for reporting and analysis.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working with data and reporting tools to identify trends, prepare summaries, and support decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration and clear communication with leadership and peers.
• Professionalism, reliability, and discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information.
Preferred / Bonus Skills
• Experience using Smartsheet for tracking, reporting, or project management.
• Exposure to Anaplan or other enterprise planning and workflow tools.
• Familiarity with data visualization or dashboard creation to support operational insights.
