We're looking for an energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Home Warranty team. In this role, you'll speak with homeowners across the country, educate them on the value of home warranty coverage, and help them choose the protection plan that best fits their needs.

Shift: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific/12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Eastern, Monday to Friday

What You'll Do

• Make outbound and receive inbound sales calls to prospective homeowners.
• Build rapport quickly and establish trust with customers.
• Educate customers on home warranty coverage, benefits, and plan options.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best protection plan.
• Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals, conversion rates, and quality expectations.
• Accurately document customer interactions within our system.
• Stay current on product offerings, promotions, and company policies.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction.

What We're Looking For

• Previous inside sales, telesales, call center experience required
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Positive attitude with a competitive drive to succeed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
