Warehouse Receiver

PeopleReady of Fresno, CA is now hiring Warehouse Receivers! A Warehouse Receiver is responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing incoming products and materials within the warehouse.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16.90 - $16.90 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Warehouse Receiver:

• Picking and pulling orders using RF scanners
• Operating forklifts and reach trucks to move materials throughout the warehouse
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Verifying incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
• Staging products for shipment or production
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Assisting with inventory counts and cycle counts
• Following all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Performing general warehouse duties as assigned

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 2nd Shift (Evening)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Education: A High School diploma or GED is generally required
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment is typically preferred
• Technical Skills: Basic math and computer skills are necessary for inventory tracking and system data entry
• Familiarity with RF scanners and ERP/WMS software is highly beneficial
• Physical Capability: The ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and frequently lift or move heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) is required
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and clear communication are essential
• Reach Truck, Forklift, and RF Scanning experience are required
• Background check and drug screening required
