Position Overview

As an LPN or RN, you will provide direct nursing care while supporting daily clinical operations and ensuring exceptional outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered

  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately

  • Supervise and support Nursing Assistants

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

  • Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment

Qualifications
  • Active Tennessee LPN or RN license required

  • Current CPR certification preferred

  • Strong clinical and communication skills

  • Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

  • Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required
