Magpies Softserve Highland Park is a chef-owned and operated soft serve ice cream shop dedicated to doing things differently. We make everything in-house and from scratch—from our soft serve bases to our toppings. You won’t find gummy bears or M&M’s here. Instead, we focus on high-quality ingredients like real milk, cream, and sugar, along with thoughtfully crafted vegan soft serve made from oat milk, almond milk, or coconut milk.

Our mission is simple: exceed guest expectations in both quality and service. Amazing product can only take us so far—it’s our team that brings the experience to life. Pay

• $18.42/hour + tips
• Average total hourly earnings: $25–$29/hour

Position Details

• Part-time
• Saturday and Sunday open availability is REQUIRED
  (Please do not apply if you cannot commit to weekends)
• **Not hiring for seasonal positions at this time**

What We’re Looking For

• Strong listening and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Comfortable tasting both dairy and non-dairy products (milk, oat milk, almond milk, coconut milk)
• A consistently positive attitude and team-first mindset
• At least 4 days of open availability per week, including weekends (REQUIRED)
