WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Residential Service Plumber, you'll provide professional plumbing service to homeowners while representing Len the Plumber with a high level of professionalism and craftsmanship.

  • Perform residential plumbing service, repairs, installations, and maintenance
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems accurately and efficiently
  • Install and repair piping systems, fixtures, water heaters, and related components
  • Operate and maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and service vehicle
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance
  • Follow all safety protocols, local codes, and company procedures
  • Accurately document work performed
  • Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and team members


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

EXPERIENCED RESIDENTIAL SERVICE PLUMBERS

  • 2+ years of previous residential plumbing experience
    (Apprentice, Journeyman, Residential Service Plumber, or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
  • ServiceTitan experience is a HUGE PLUS
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials
  • Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or certification a plus
