Field Sales Rappresentative Away From Home (AFH) Kellanova - Vicenza/Verona

Un assaggio di ciò che farai
Entrerai a far parte del team Field Sales Representative Away From Home (AFH) e riporterai direttamente al Key Account AFH. Lavorerai sui canali del fuori casa – Travel, C&C e Coffee Shop – con un focus principale sui coffee shop.
I tuoi principali obiettivi saranno:
- Aumentare vendite e distribuzione nell’area assegnata, promuovendo il portfolio Kellanova nel canale AFH, con particolare attenzione ai coffee shop.
- Supportare il team di vendita del grossista, visitando i bar insieme a loro e promuovendo i prodotti Kellanova nei punti vendita non ancora serviti.
- Incrementare la rotazione dei prodotti attraverso una maggiore visibilità e l’utilizzo di materiali POSM nei punti vendita già serviti.
- Gestire in autonomia nuovi potenziali punti vendita assegnati nella tua area.
- Fornire feedback costanti all’azienda tramite report periodici e riunioni.
- Massimizzare la performance dei brand Kellanova, raggiungendo i target di vendita nei punti vendita assegnati, con attività quali riorganizzazione degli scaffali, monitoraggio delle rotture di stock e gestione dello spazio a scaffale.
Requisiti
- Esperienza precedente come agente o Field Sales Representative AFH, o in ruoli simili presso distributori/grossisti.
- Spiccate capacità di negoziazione e vendita.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana.
- Patente di guida italiana valida.
Compenso
Per questa posizione è prevista una retribuzione annua lorda compresa tra €28.800 – €37.800, determinata in base a diversi fattori individuali, tra cui esperienza, competenze e conoscenze rilevanti per il ruolo.
Il pacchetto retributivo complessivo potrà includere, ove applicabile, anche una componente variabile e ulteriori indennità. Inoltre, le persone idonee avranno accesso al nostro programma di benefit aziendali, oltre a una serie di vantaggi aggiuntivi pensati per supportare il benessere e il percorso professionale dei dipendenti.
