EXPECTATIONS:

Charismatic, compassionate and takes initiative

Excellent presentation and customer service skills

Ready to learn and open to a retail schedule

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support team of retail sales workers

Track KPIs and trends for business forecasting, training and scheduling

Resolve escalated customer complaints

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and communication skills
