Job description
GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position supports functions within the Testing and Career Services Office, including front desk and phone coverage, proctoring placement assessments and third-party tests, and providing administrative support to the Testing and Career Services Office.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:
- Provide student-centered customer service and support.
- Manage front desk check-in and test deployment.
- Monitor and maintain a quiet and secure testing environment.
- Conduct basic data integrity and input activities.
- Acquire and annually renew proctoring certifications on multiple test platforms.
- Perform other duties as assigned within Testing and Career Services Office.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Dedication to providing student-centered customer service.
- Understanding of the mission of Cape Cod Community College.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong web-based computing skills.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal and oral communications skills.
- Ability to work calmly and patiently with students and members of the College community, and to work effectively with a diverse population.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent telephone and e-mail communication skills.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.

Additional Information:
COMPENSATION: $20 per hour, 18 hours per week, year-round. Part-time, non-benefited, non-unit position.
