Become a key player at Arc'teryx as a Project Specialist focused on Global Creative initiatives. Engage in crucial project coordination in a hybrid work environment based in North Vancouver.
In this position, you will empower the Global Creative organization by enhancing collaboration among teams. Your organizational skills and proactive approach will help maintain project clarity and drive the momentum needed for successful project completion and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the execution of cross-functional creative projects
• Uphold project timelines and maintain documentation
• Facilitate project check-ins and meetings across time zones
• Drive communication for alignment across all teams
• Support the creation of reports and leadership updates
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in relevant field
• 3+ years' experience in project management or creative operations
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
• Proficient in collaborative tools and Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Contribute to Arc'teryx's creative excellence and join a team dedicated to innovation.
