One of the most common questions we get is “how do I know if my job ad is live on the boards?”
We debated giving you a link to your ad on each job board, but that would mean showing you 13 links per job ad (with more boards coming online soon!) Not a great user experience.
We decided instead to keep it simple. Below the job name on your My Jobs page, you’ll notice a new feature – a count of the number of visitors who have seen your ad.
The interesting thing we’ve learned is that about 10% of visitors will become applicants. Benchmark your own performance against that stat to determine if you want to spend time optimizing your job description!
